Symptoms

Oracle Clinical 4.5.x:


When attempting to submit 7 Batch Validations one right after another, 6 started successfully but the 7th stayed in the SUBMITTED status. Upon review of the batch job log file, the following error was displayed:




Recent Changes:

The O/S was upgraded from Solaris 8 to Solaris 9
The database was upgraded from 8.1.7.2 to 9.2.0.6
Oracle Clinical was upgraded from Oracle Clinical 4.0.3 to 4.5.x
TMS was upgraded from TMS 4.0.6 to 4.5.2.2


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Submit multiple runs of batch validations.
