Symptoms

After install of Oracle Clinical and RDC 4.5.2 it is not possible to open from the application the output and log files generated for psub jobs.

When opening a log or output file the Internet explorer window shows the following message:

Key folder directory %oui_opa_home%\Temp does not exist.

Installation OC / RDC 4.5.2
