Symptoms
On 4.5.1 in Production:
When attempting to click on Discrepancies to view the individuals associated with an individual Data Clarification Form(DCF) the customer gets the following error. They have to acknowledge the error message about 15 times to get to the next screen

FRM-40815 VARIABLE GLOBAL.DCF_TEXT_SYNC DOES NOT EXIST
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From The Data Clarification Forms Screen.
2 Conduct -> Data Validation -> Data Clarification Forms
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the customer cannot finish the validation to turn the system to the users for production
