MSCNSP Memory Based Snapshot Errors APP-MRP-22075 And/Or APP-MRP-22132 (Doc ID 401726.1)

EXECUTABLE:MSCNSP - Memory-Based Snapshot

Symptoms

When attempting to run an ASCP plan, MSCNSP module: Memory-Based Snapshot errors with the following:

ERROR:

Loading workday calendar. Please wait . 0:01
APP-MRP-22132: Cannot get profile option MSC:HOUR_UOM_CODE

Cause: The current routine cannot retrieve a value for the specified profile option.

Action: Contact your customer support representative.

APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrnspia, 2, 16, )
ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified ERRORTEXT
x Action: Contact your customer support representative.
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (main, 19, MSCNSP, )
ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified ERRORTEXT
x Action: Contact your customer support representative.
Freeing calendar memory

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sometimes the log file will not show the APP-MRP-22132 and profile option but only the APP-MRP-22075, but the fix is still the same in the solution.  Also we have seen where this fix also works when the APP-MRP-22132 error does not occur nor the profile is even mentioned but the log file shows the following:

ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified ERRORTEXT x Action: Contact your customer support representative.

ERRORTEXT Cause: The current routine encountered the specified ERRORTEXT x Action: Contact your customer support representative.

STEPS:
1. Run ASCP plan
2. Plan fails in snapshot concurrent request
