Symptoms

In distributed ASCP instance: Define SCP Names in the Destination Instance, when one user tries to open
Supply Chain Plan / Workbench  he gets on screen following error message:

 "No Organizations Defined"

1) Define SCP Names in the Destination Instance,
2) Run the plan
3) Check the results on Workbench
