Inactivation Of A Service Fails When A Required Deal Is Purchased (Doc ID 408817.1)

Symptoms

When using the Customer Center to inactivate a service which has a required deal it fails.



The following error can be seen in the cm.pinlog file.



      **** ERROR *** Changing status of the Required Service trigger changing status for all the services in the Plan.
