DCI FORM TEMPLATE FOR PDF NOT WORKING CORRECTLY (Doc ID 431704.1)

Symptoms

There is a DCI form template for portrait that was created because of the 1 inch margin request for
submissions. 

When we pull up in RDC for CRF PDF,  anything with more than 2 screens of text from the 3rd  screen on overlaps to the first and 2nd screen.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Clinical.
  2. Under GLIB menu
    1. Form layout template
    2. Maintain form layout template.
  3. Create a portrait template .
    (Template Width = 504, Template Height = 740, Header Height = 150, Footer Height = 50, DCM region Height = 540)(Screenshot uploaded)
  4. Apply the template to the DCI.
  5. Generate the provisional DCI Form.
  6. Browse the provisional DCI layout.
  7. Do print preview and DCI is displayed with 2nd pages overlapping.
