RDC CLASSIC MODE - CRF APPROVAL (Doc ID 435689.1)

Symptoms

Trying to Approve CRF(s) in RDC Classic mode with the following:

Username: "Investigator" (Role: RXC_INV) --> has approve privilege for Site X
Username: "Siteuser" (Role: RXC_SITE) --> has approve privilege for Site X

Site user loggd into RDC with site user account and tried to approve document using "Investigator" account, then got this error on the screen.
"Username does not match - please retry"
