Symptoms
Unable to start ASAP due to several exceptions during installation. The installations did not complete all necessary information in database or file configuration.
For example the table tbl_appl_proc is left empty. Also the $SYBASE/interfaces file is left empty. In file asap471ServerSolaris9.log only the following exception is captured, but in the shell were the installer is executed there are more exceptions shown:
