How to do Set Up For Fine Grain Access IN WAM (Doc ID 452654.1)

Goal

Fine Grain Access has been set up using the Fine Grain Access module as well
as the Fine Grain Access Responsibility module. However,  the application does not appear to recognize it as it
doesn't filter the data.  Are there any additional  items that must be in place so in order to proceed with  this functionality?
