OPA OC4J Service As OPAREPS Not Showing Up (Doc ID 459141.1)

Symptoms

We are following the Oracle Clinical Installation Guide Release 4.5.1, PART No.A83779-06

Section 6, Step 6.8 Starting OPA OC4J Service as OPAREPS

The OPA OC4J Service is not showing up in the Windows service control panel(Administrative
Tools--> Services).


1). Installation completed with out errors.
2). Able to log in into OC application, navigated to different forms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see OC4J service in the Windows service control panel

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Follow manual to add OC4J
2. Navigate to Windows service control panel, and OC4J Service is not listed
