Suspense Manager Permissioning String For "Perform Bulk Search/ Action"

Symptoms
Permissions are setup via the Customer Center under the users account. The following permissions
were added to a CSR account via Customer Center to allow access to Suspense Manager:
/appcenter/suspensemgt
/appcenter/suspensemgt/archive_and_purge
/appcenter/suspensemgt/edit
/appcenter/suspensemgt/recycle
/appcenter/suspensemgt/undo_edit
/appcenter/suspensemgt/writeoff
/appcenter/suspensemgt/purge
/appcenter/suspensemgt/restore
When a CSR logs into the Suspense manager to recycle suspense records, they are unable to use the
"Perform Bulk search/action" option. However when you login as "Root" this option can be
performed.
