Symptoms

When selecting a Chart on the Home Page, an error similar to the following is displayed:

ERROR
Error message: Error reading Chart Metadata
Root exception message: C:\synergen\cmmsprod\synergen\asp\data\119323589791878_Data.XML (The
system cannot find the path specified)
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\synergen\cmmsprod\synergen\asp\data\119323589791878_Data.XML
