Symptoms

MSCPLD module: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option fails with:

NEW ERROR when MSC_ITEM_SOURCING table is partitioned

Error string=
Statement with the error:
declare lv_temp_ind_nxtext number ; lv_deg_parallel number ; lv_index_

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 12801 in create_temp_table

Cause: create_temp_table failed due to ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P0[nn] instance [abcdefxxxxxxxxxxxxnnnnnnnnn]
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found
