Symptoms

The user encounters the following error during a simulation run:

16:33:39:346 Waiting for simulation requests...
16:35:53:078 Machine localhost receiving simulation job. SimID=1436. UserID=387. QueryID=12687
16:35:56:373 WARNING Failed to send notification. Error: 0x2ee7 - Undefined Error.
16:36:09:552 WARNING Failed to send notification. Error: 0x2ee7 - Undefined Error.
