Goal

About rerating of pipeline-rated events :

Q1. In the configuration which is used when executing the pin_event_extract utility, the file contains the list of events to rerate in EDR (event data record) format, and is used as the input for the Pipeline Manager rerating process.  So which exact format is it actually being used?

Q2.  Is ISC_AddCBD needed to run a proper rerating?  Is aggregation needed to run a proper rerating? Is aggregation just an option in case one might want to keep some statistics, but it's not needed from a functional point of view?
