CANNOT SEE ACTIVITY LIST AFTER LOGGING INTO RDC (Doc ID 558720.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When logging into RDC, you should see the activity list e.g. 'review Active Discrepancies' etc. In some cases, you can see a list of patients on the left, but the middle part of the screen is blank i.e. no lines, no activity list is present.
