-- Problem Statement:
Release one of the changes, the redlines on the still pending change are deleted.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create ECO A, redline part.
2. Create ECO B, redline same part.
3. Release one of the changes
4. The redlines on the still pending change are deleted
