Symptoms

When a cobol program is used for the algorithm of Meter Information, and the algorithm is
triggered, an error is encountered stating that, "There is no cobol wrapper class for algorithm
spot 'MTRI' with interface
com.splwg.ccb.domain.common.installation.InstallationMeterInformationAlgorithmSpot"
