Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When trying to create pay plans and pay events receiving an error message that the input date has an invalid format. Please refer to the exact message below for the details of the error.

This problem is encountered only in OAS but not in Tomcat. Currently using FW 2.1.0 SP2 running on Windows 2003 Server.


Also having problems changing/editing plug-in/service scripts.

Steps To Reproduce:
Creating Pay Plans and pay events as well as editing/changing service scripts.
