Can Approval Routing be re-routed when Disagree option is selected? (Doc ID 603183.1)

Goal

When requisition is at the agree, disagree step and disagree is selected the requisition is still
forwarded on to the next approval level. Is there a way to change the approval set-up so if the
"disagree" option is selected the requisition will not move forward and only go back to the previous
reviewers?
