EXECUTABLE:MSCNSP - Memory-Based Snapshot
Symptoms
After running ASCP Plan, MSCNSP: Memory-Based Snapshot process is ending into following error:
sending MRNSP_LOCK_TABLES
Start getting tasks from Monitor Process
fetching info on request: <request ID>
APP-MRP-22064: An internal error has occurred (mrsngs_snp_jobs, 2)
Cause: The current routine encountered the specified internal error.
Action: Contact your customer support representative.
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrnspxt, 11, 10002, )
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrnspgpt, 14, 202 , 10002, )
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (main, 13, , )
Freeing calendar memory
The first error message might also look slightly different with:
APP-MRP-22064: An internal error has occurred (mrsngs_snp_job:, 1)
Another error that might be seen in the snapshot log is the following:
Selecting Calendar 0:00
