Symptoms

After installing Customer Care and Billing v.2.2.0  and running the genappvieweritems.sh one still cannot see the data dictionary.

It displays that "Data Dictionary Not built - submit F1-AVTBL'. How can one run F1-AVTBL background process?

It displays that "Data Dictionary Not built - submit F1-AVTBL".
