Error While Connecting With OCI8 Driver To Default Database When Trying To Load A TMS Jar File (Doc ID 726171.1)

When attempting to execute step 6 from section 7.1 "Loading the TMS Jar File into on Each
Database" in "Oracle Thesaurus Management System - Installation Guide", release 4.6, the
following error occurs:

"Error while connecting with oci8 driver to default database: The JDBC OCI8 Driver is not installed
properly, use -thin to try the JDBC Thin driver: E:\Oracle\AS10gR2infra\bin\ocijdbc10.dll: The
specified procedure could not be found
exiting: could not open connection"

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open a Command Prompt;
2. Execute the following command:

loadjava -user tms/password -force -definer -verbose -resolve tms_http.jar
