Objectel ConfigUtil.jar File Causes java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError Error Message (Doc ID 726634.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
The Objectel ConfigUtil.jar file is generating the following error when it is run prior to
starting the Objectel Server in the production environment.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/jdbc/driver/OracleDriver
at com.metasolv.objectel.configutil.Main.main(Unknown Source)

This prevents the Objectel Server production environment from starting basically shutting down the
automated interfaces.

Steps To Reproduce:
Run the ConfigUtil.jar utility from the Objectel installation bin directory using the production
server's config.txt file.
