OSM Administrator Rule NULL exist

Goal

If there is business requirement that a rule in OSM compares order data with a NULL value, then this note will apply. In this case, if  the order data exists, the rule will return true otherwise the rule will return false.


Using this kind of rule requires extra steps to develop. These are described below.
