Symptoms

When attempting to run first time Data Collection, the following error is logged for MSRFWOR module: Refresh Collection Snapshots

ORA-01403: no data found


Steps:
1. (First Time Planning Instance Setup)
2. MSC:Source Setup Required: YES
3. (R) Advance Supply Chain Planning
4. (N) Collection > Oracle System > Standard Collection
5. Observe the "ORA-01403: no data found" error logged for MSRFWOR module: Refresh Collection Snapshots
