Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 4.6 in Production:
When attempting to execute the Step 12 "VTA Creation report" from TMS 4.6 Smoke Test,
when submitting the job, the following error message is displayed in Internet Explorer browser:
ERROR
"The page cannot be displayed, due to the following error:
java.lang.Exception: Connection Properties for <server_name> is not in the config file
at oracle.pharma.xdo.servlet.OpaXdoEngine.getConnection (OpaXdoEngine.java:335)
at oracle.pharma.opa.xdo.servlet.OpaXdoServlet.doGet(OpaXdoServlet.java:101)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service (HttpServlet.java:740)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:853)
at evermind.server.http.ServletRequestDispatcher.invoke (ServletRequestDispatched.java:834)"
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Omission Management"/"VTA Creation Report";
2. Perform the following settings:
Output: PDF
Display Parameters: Yes
Active Dictionaries: OPA Dictionary
Start Date: <sysdate - 10 days>
End Date: <sysdate + 1 day>
Template: Oracle Template
3. Submit the job.
