Optional Deal Not Able To Cancel Due To The Same Package ID

Goal
When two or more different optional deals are purchased within a single transaction, the PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_PURCHASE_DEAL opcode is not generating separate package_ids for the two or more deals. Once the deals have the same package_id, cancelling one will automatically cancel the other which is not correct. Each deal should have a separate package_id when it is not purchased as part of a plan. This issue was fixed and the problem does not exist after applying Rollup <Patch 6787882>.
Question: What to do for the already affected subscribers already having more than one optional deals with same package ID?
