Goal
This procedure details how to perform a successful Stop operation on a JDBC DC (Distribution Cartridge). The Stop operation is more complex than simply Stopping the node in the GUI, due to the design of the JDBC DC. The DC will attempt to process all data in it's input directory before performing the stop operation. If the database is not available to receive the data, the DC will appear to hang.Solution
