Goal

Unable to implement opaConfig.do URL for TMS 4.6

ie: http://<middletiername>/opaadmin/opaConfig.do

This previously worked, but now URL takes user to different screen where prompting for userid/password. Therefore, can no longer define host/port/sid details for TMS Lite Browser.
