Reports Failing In RDC - MSG-00010: RxcMsg error: 328900 - ORA-00942 (Doc ID 739048.1)

Symptoms

When generating a Patient Data Report a status of "RS_FAILURE" is returned

The Log file shows:


"BACKGROUND is deprecated. See help for more information.
MSG-00010: RxcMsg error: 328900 - -942ORA-00942:
table or view does
REP-1825: Before Report trigger returned FALSE."



Steps To Reproduce:

  • Log into RDC
  • From 'home' select the patient (Tick box)
  • and from the select patient and... lov select 'patientdata report' then check the status
