Goal

The ICEPAYLOAD table holds the incoming payload when the storage level is greater than 0. It is also used for payloads imported using DPORTAL. Can duplicate or old records be deleted from the ICEPAYLOAD table? Are there any other dependent tables that will also require records deleted from them?
