Symptoms

When a user attempts to Migrate a Provisioning Plan from one database instance to another using the Data Selection Tool, an integrity constraint error occurs.  Below are the messages received:

STEPS


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using 6.0.13, copy a Provisioning Plan from a source database to a target database


BUSINESS IMPACT


Due to this issue, the Provisioning Plans cannot be copied from one database to another. The business will have to manually enter the Provisioning Plans in all instances.
