Cannot Move Search Result Fields In Service Request Module (Doc ID 741404.1)

Symptoms

Any time a user is trying to move a column in a search result in the Service Request module, he is getting the error: FRM-41081: Cannot move item: invalid position, and the field we were trying to move becomes blanked out.
