CCG: Configure Agent Job Compile Target Packages Step Is Running For Hours or Job is Hanging (Doc ID 742281.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
We have installed Configuration Controls Governor. Under ERP Instances, Configure Integra Agent Component, we submitted the Configure Integra Agent job. Six of the 7 sub-jobs completed very quickly. The last job, Compile Target Packages, has been in Running status for about 8 hours now. Is this normal?

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Under ERP Instances, Configure Integra Agent Component, entered all required fields, clicked Save and entered required passwords. Clicked Configure button which submitted the Configure Integra Agent jobs. When View Current Jobs, see last sub-job is still running after many hours.
