Setting Discrepancy Status Code Hidden Is Not Working As Expected. (Doc ID 744318.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When setting DM REVIEW in any DISCREPANCY STATUS role to HIDDEN, "Send to Data Mgr" doesn't appear in Action.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
* Go to OC
* Make sure DM REVIEW is set to ACTIVE or OTHER in DISCREPANCY STATUS SITE
* Connect to RDC with a CRA user
* Open a CRF which has a Discrepancy
* Open Discrepancy Management.
* Select the discrepancy
* Go to Action. You notice Send to Data Mgt is in the list
* Close CRF
* Go back to OC.
* Set DM REVIEW to HIDDEN in DISCREPANCY STATUS SITE
* Go back to RDC
* Open the same CRF opened before
* Open Discrepancy Management
* Select the discrepancy
* Go to Action. You notice Send to Data Mgt is not in list
