There are a few circumstances in which duplicate response records are logged in the Oracle Clinical database, causing subsequent problems with the affected CRF from RDC and possibly from batch validation.
There are 2 different 'duplicate response' symptoms, A and B, below, which result from known scenarios, also described below and in associated bugs. The bugs are published on Metalink, if you wish to reference them for more detailed information. 'Find' scripts are available for both types of issues, and can be provided upon request.
