There are a few circumstances in which duplicate response records are logged in the Oracle Clinical database, causing subsequent problems with the affected CRF from RDC and possibly from batch validation.
The Patient Data Report can also fail with:
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "RXC.RDC_REPORT_XML_GENERATION", line 505
ORA-06512: at "RXC.RDC_REPORT_XML_GENERATION", line 2092
ORA-06512: at line 1
There are 2 different 'duplicate response' symptoms :
- Problem Type A - Duplicate Responses with same response ID
- Problem Type B - Duplicate Responses with different response IDs
