Goal

After sending multiple Installed Equipment Shelfs (with more than 1000 design assignments) to the
Background Server. The Background Server is throwing an eror message 'PowerBuilder Application
Execution Error (R0019)'.  The Background Server should execute and complete them
successfully.  What is causing this error message and how can it be avoided?
