Symptoms
On 4.5.3, when attempting to Generate PDR Templates and HTML DE Forms the following error occurs:
ERROR
Status is Failed

Log file shows:
Generating PDR Templates and HTML DE Forms for study: <STUDY NAME>
Generating PDR Template for dci: <DCI NAME> (id : <DCI ID>) version: 1
Fatal failure with - ORA-20100:
Setting batch jobs status to FAILURE
Possible reasons - Migration failed for a PDR Template or a HTML DE Form Version / Nothing to
migrate / Reports server not configured for user
