Assigned Equipment Not Appearing on the CLR/DLR (Doc ID 764006.1)

Goal

When a DS0 circuit (may be telephone number) is assigned to the T-1 facility, the assigned equipment details of T-1 facility is not appearing, in the CLR/DLR screen. The design is only showing the T-1 details with the some Assignments but its not showing the full details as it use show in other cases of this sort.
