Routing Error after submitting a Work Order (Doc ID 780681.1)

Everytime a work order is submitted to ASAP, the order fails with "Routing Error, No MCLI, ID_ROUTING, USER_ROUTING or Directory Num". In OCA Client the message that appears is the "SRQ provisioning stopped".
