Suppliers Information Is Not Exporting to PDX from Manufacturing Part or Item Part Object (Doc ID 781573.1)

Symptoms

When exporting an Item or Manufacturer Part to PDX and selecting the Supplier information option the exported PDX file does not contain the Supplier tab.

Steps:

  1. Log into Web Client.
  2. Create a manufacturer part or Item with suppliers information added to the Suppliers tab.
  3. Select from Action menu > Export.
  4. Select Format: PDX format.
  5. Create custom filter.
    Under "Select Item content to export" check "Suppliers" option.
  6. Export
  7. Review PDX file and Supplier tab information is not there.
