Approval Audits Not Captured In RDC_APPR_SIGNATURE_AUDITS (Doc ID 783603.1)

Customer is currently validating their RDC 4.5.3 environment specifically for RDC, RDC and TMS4.6.

Their tests around <Bug 6937112> are not yielding the desired result(s).

The expected behaviour is that when approving a CRF, if invalid username/password are entered,
then this will be logged in the RDC_APPR_SIGNATURE_AUDITS table. This is not happening.
Nothing is being audited in this table.

Is this is a documentation error, a test case error or a configuration error?
