Do User(s) Need To Have Corresponding TMS Lisense(s) For Password Reset Functionality in RDC4.5.3? (Doc ID 783610.1)

Customer needs clarification on licenses related RDC4.5.3 and TMS4.6, specifically TMS4.6.
They are aware of the license structure being different for RDC and TMS and do have a licensed installation of TMS4.6.

They are in the process of enabling the Password Reset functionality in RDC4.5.3.
For this it requires TMS4.6.

The question is, for every user enrolled for usage of RDC4.5.3, who is enrolled in TMS_ACCOUNTS
table for Reset Password functionality only, DO THEY NEED TO HAVE A CORRESPONDING TMS license for the user?
