Symptoms
Users can create a new resource by selecting an existing resource in the Planner Client, launching the Resource Editor, modifying the RSRC_IDENT column and saving the changes. This new resource will appear in the Planner Client before an alert message is displayed stating, "Deleting unknown Resource <???> from Optimiser" and the new resource is deleted.
