Symptoms
When trying to install the AutoVue Document Converter print driver by running the "InstallPdfPrintDriver.exe" the following error message occurs in the InstallPdfPrintDriver.log which is found in the [AutoVue home]\bin folder.
Windows 64-bit x86 Install

Printer setup failed
Error Code: 1722
The RPC server is unavailable.

Steps:
1. From the AutoVue installation directory [AutoVue home]\bin.
2. Run "InstallPdfPrintDriver.exe " as administrator.
