Symptoms

After configuring a P Asserted Identity Provider in BEA Weblogic SIP Server 3.1 MP1, test sending some messages containing the P Asserted Identity from the trusted hosts, experience a big performance loss. In some scenario, performances are degraded down to one forth (from 900 SUBSCRIBE per seconds to 150).
