Symptoms
After refreshing EBS from production to dev, including the am_agents, users try to run any jobs and see erros similar to the one below in the job log :
Current Instance id on Home: 100 (findev)
Instance id on Target: 102
Instance id on the target does not match with the home's instance id.
Starting Target Refresh Job ...
