Error in General Ledger report in export mode in BRM 7.3.1

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create account on Jan 1st.
2. Run GL report for 1st week, 01/01-01/07-- You can see the amounts in the 1st week. Earned revenue shows:amount for 7 days;unearned shows the amount for remaining days
3. Run GL report for 2nd week, 01/07-01/14--You can see the amounts in the 2nd week. Earned revenue shows:amount for 7 days;unearned shows the amount for 7 days
4. Run GL report for 3rd week, 01/14-01/21--You can seethe amounts in the 3rd week. Earned revenue shows:amount for 7 days;unearned shows the amount for 7 days
5. Run GL report for 4th week, 01/21-01/28--You can see the amounts in the 4th week. Earned revenue shows:amount for 7 days;unearned shows the amount for 7 days
6. Do BILL RUN on 1st Feb.
7. Run GL report for 5th week, 01/28-02/04--You can see that the amounts in the 5th week. Earned revenue shows:amount as MONTHLY not weekly; unearned: has the amount for the remaining days not for 7 days.       --------------this is the discrepancy.
8. Run GL report for 6th week 02/04-02/11---Nothing appears in the earned report!
9. Run GL report for 7th week 02/11-02/18---Nothing appears in the earned report!
